which is better
casein
protein or cottage cheese/cheese/milk before bed? How long do milk products really stay in your body for (as a protein casein ). Let me know what you guys use for bedtime and your opinion!

casein pre bed, slow release protein that helps build muscle all 8+ hours generally while your catching those "zzzz's"...
