So I am taking about a yr to prepare for a show. I have been lifitng for about a yr and dieting. My diet and routine are both in check. Rite now I am taking this EAS premium protein drink, it has whey, cassein, and soy. Its rather sugary though and im not a huge fan of it for muscle building. Before that I was taking a basic Whey protein. I have done lots of research on Creatine. I am thinking of getting the basic Mono from the local Viatmin Shoppe. I would also like to get the Optimum
100% whey. My question is would it be smart to also get BSN
True Mass, and BCAA'S capsules. I am trying to gain a lot of weight between now and next yr. I am currently 157 at 5'9. If I did take the True Mass along with cycling the creatine and taking the whey when should I take it? If anyone knows some good Creatine other then the basic one at the Vitamin Shoppe please let me know.
