I'm pretty sure that its because that testing has only been done on 18 year olds and over just like most other supplements.

I was using creatine at 17 though and i'm fine, go at it.

Yea. Start lifting for about two months natural around the age of 16 and then you can jump into the creatine and only that around then. Get 100% creatine monohydrate which will work for all of your pruposes. Thats what i did at least and im 17 and i can tell it has worked for me so far. remeber to cycle on and off of it, all the products in most of the supplement store say at least 18 years of age. well hope i helped somewhat with my opinion.

Yeah, I was using creatine as early as 16 and everything is good with me. Just follow the recommended dosages and you should be fine.

I believe i started taking creatine at 15 1/2 or 15. Was along time ago... But i think you can cycle creatine 3months on one off. Just make sure your staying hydrated.

Yes. Protein powder for all rights and purposes is only a supplement because its constructed to be protein with a purpose IE whey for quick digesting or caseine for slow digesting.
