I recently started taking micronized creatine monohydrate, and a glutamine supplement which i really like because it is 5 grams per serving and has L-glutamine (free form) and glutamine peptides. and i always take a muti-vitamin and a good whey protein.
let me know what you all think

good stack. I use 24g plain whey protein from the vitamin shoppe, mega man gnc sport multivitamin, fish oil pills, and plain 100% creatine monohydrate vitamin shoppe brand cause its cheap. pretty much the same thing. get a good diet and just lift :)

I also take flax oil, but yea i got 1000 grams of creatine for $20 from bodybuilding.com its called High Power creatine, and the multi vitamin is multi pro 32X( i like it cause you only have to take 1 instead of the usual 2 pills and theres a hundred of them for like 14 bucks, and the glutamine is ABB's Gluta Force. i am about to finish my jug of protein, but i am trying to gain weight so i didnt know if i should get another whey protein or go ahead and get a gainer like true mass or something?

Take the mono creatine, but ditch the glutemine.. it's worthless to be truthful, there is enough contained in whey protein that you don't need to add anymore. Layne covered this subject in a thread.

just my opinion, I take Glutamine. I have argued this before sometime last year but theres research supporting both sides, not just that it doesnt work. I know Layne argues that its worthless and hes a smart guy but theres also positvre research showing that it does so I would say to try it for yourself and see how it helps. I hoestly feel that with 15g a day I recover better with it than without it.

+1 I know freak and others say it's a "waste." But I can feel a difference, and notice a difference when I am on it. I have read articles praising it also. To each his own..

But all I know, every stack will include glut

Yes there is no doubt that it is better. Micronized is Creatine monohydrate but broken down to a more refined grain. You can tell the difference. When you open a micronized container you literaly have to watch out because you can inhale it. lol

This greatly helps in better absorption because the larger the grain the more work the body has to do to break it down.
