No-Xplode considered to be a creatine?

I've been told no-xplode and no-shotgun were a creatine...
I'm looking to buy creatine but still don't know which type some people say monohydrate but I've heard mono gives you much more fat than anything else. Sorry for the ignorance in Canada theres not too many experts in these questions.
Which creatine to buy and why!?!?

well creatine mono has been around longer and is proven to work. so im sure most people will sa stick with the creatine mono. and as far as no explode. no, it is not a creatine even though it does have a creatine mix in it. its a nitric oxide for the most part and not a very good one in my opinion. after about a week of use you will have to up your dosage to get the same feeling you had when you first started it.

no shotgun is a very solid product. if you can manage to choke it down. its taste awful. however it does work.

To clarify. NO Shotgun is also a nitric oxide complex as pheonix mentioned about no xplode.
Didnt want you to be confused there
Both of these have large doses of caffeine and other stimulants. So make damned sure your heart is in good condition before trying them. But not all nitric oxide complexes have stimulants in them.

For creatine just get a good brand of straight creatine monohydrate powder. Dont mess with the esters and other experimental phases as they havent been time tested yet.

i would advise buying a capsule form creatine mono !
This way unlike many creatine powders you will need to do a first week load up stage of 25 mg per day for your first week of using the product and then 5 Mg per day therafter for maintenance usage !! I found the powders just didnt dissolve well and also tasted horrible so best use a grape / orange juice with it !

But use a capsule form and you wont even need to do a load up phase !! Just take 6 a day 3 before and 3 after working out and jobs a gooden !!

Oh .. yep agreed with everyone else on your question .... N.O Xplode is purely a nitric Oxide product and will not do the same job as a creatine supplement ! Just out of curiosity how much research have you personally done on Creatine ?!

Holland and Barrett sell both types of Creatine Capsule and powder for a very reasonable price ! Plus they are doing a HALF PRICE sale at the moment and the " Body Fortress " Creatine I can confirm is very good !!!
Dont go for some glorified ... expensive .... Creatine nobody has heard of ... Holland & Barrett get my vote !

great information guys thank you. I'm gonna be trying out NO-xplode in 1 week or so. I'm gonna buy mono after the tryout with no-xplode.
Research-I've done quite a bit but always more room for more. Thanks for the brands and all I'm gonna be looking that up...
Do you guys do 1month creatine and one month off? Here in Canada it seems to be the "popular" way to do it.

you can take creatine for much longer than a month, up to about 10-11 weeks is good. but after that be sure to take a month off and then continue on creatine if desired. don't consider it to be to be a super supplement make sure your diet and training is in check as well. also make sure you are drinking a lot of water whilst on creatine

I like it quite a bit. Gives my WO a good kick in the ass. Ive been gaining steadily ever since I started a good routine for the last couple months now.

Ill take one heaping scoop about 15mins before WO because for me it takes effect rather quickly and the intesity lasts for a good 1-1.5hrs for me. I dont crash off of it after WO either it just tapers off and I feel content.
Im really impressed with the product. It has lost no potency so far either and Ive been taking for over 2 weeks now. I only take it on WO days. As everyone has said though it tastes like rotting horse shit LOL!
Hope this has helped a little bit. Now these products have different effects from person to person, so hopefully if you try it you will get good results.

great post deeturner thanks for the information! I've tried it once and it was FANTASTIC the energy I got from it was just...unimaginable. Great to see that it stays that way with time. Can't wait to try it! Thanks again for your help!

next time anyone has a question about NO-XPLODE...PLEASE do a search, there are 5 or 6 of these threads a week.

for the record...no-xplode does have 1gram of creatine per scoop...not a great amount just wanted to spread some knowledge.
