STACK advice

hi i`ll be starting this stack on monday
multivitamin
vitamin c
omega 3
100% Ultramyosyn Whey met-rx
creatine
Optimum BCAA 1000 Caps
animal m-stack

well thats it i want to know if it is a good stak for building muscle and advice wen to take each supplement, i was planing to take it like this
meal1 +multiv,vitamin c and 1 pill of omega 3
meal2+bcaa
meal3= a protein shake
45min prior mi workout animal M-stack
meal4= a protein shake + creatine
meal5+bcaa+vitamin c +omega 3

i sure people will tell you not to use animal m stack.

the rest looks gd, throw in some casien protein and you don't need extra vitimin c if you are using a multivitimin as that SHOULD contain 100% RDA

I didn't really like M stack too much, and I also dont think methoxy is all its cracked up to be. I really hate getting extra acne from supplements, and this stuff really made me break out like mad. I love Universal Nutrition but not this product.

well tha multiv only contains 300mg of vitamin c
and for the animal m stack why is that? is it bad?

300mg!!!! the RDA is 60mg so you definately don't need extra supplementation

have you read any of the studys showing that higher doses decrease cortisol levels in the body???

can't say i have but if he is taking 300mg from the multi vitamin alone, and taking a separet supplement which probably has more. its probably a bit too much!!

if you spread the dose out to like every 4-6 hours its not that big of a deal, even less of a big deal if he's just using 500mg tablets.

large doses of vitamin C (2 grams per day, but sometimes MUCH less) trigger oxalate formation and increase absorption of dietary oxalate, possibly causing kidney stones

not good!!

not good!!
im using 500mg tablets son at the end of the day it should be 1,300mg of vitamin c

we're not going to reach any conclusion from this... so i say lets just agree to disagree. If theres so much debate amongst researchers on the subject what could we possibly add??? keep it under 2g/ed and you should be good to go.
