After months of research on it she finally goes for it. The stuff was recommened by the guy at the store who new his shit. My brother who owns several gyms says that the guy would not steer me wrong.

Halo D is supposed to be the same as halo 50. Just use it like you would use any other oral compound. Be sure to have proper cycle support and PCT ready.
