FIRST QUESTION :
my creatine cycle ends december first, then i was thinking i'd use no 2 black with no creatine for dec an jan, then start creatine again feb. does this sound ok ? and is this a good way to cycle supps year round ?

SECOND QUESTION :
i also take the animal pak vitimans which contain 11 per bag, i usually take on workout days only because it didnt say on the can, so should i take animal pak everyday ? off days ? year round ?

Your body produces creatine already. Do what you wish with that suggestion. Iv'e heard animal pack is garbage..See what everyone else say's about it. All you really need is a good mult-vitamin with good absorbation into your body.

I've used Animal Pak before.. its a decent multi but it feels like your swallowing like 10 horse pills. The iodine content in the paks also lead me to break out pretty bad.

Using Animal pak myself. I take one pak a day. I dont think its gonna hurt to take it that way. Its just basically a super multi-vitamin. Has some protein,aminos,fattys,herbs in it. Its hard to tell whether or not its better than a good multivitamin or not.
The pak isnt all that expensive so I went ahead and got it instead of my multi this time. I dont think you can go wrong if you have a little extra money to spend, but I wouldnt recommend it if you are strapped for cash.

and yes it does suck to swallow all those damn horse pills.

animal pak is decent, but as said above, it made me break out a couple weeks into taking it. i just wasnt a fan of (1) the smell of the pak sitting in my bookbag and (2) swallowing all those pills constantly everyday. a solid multi which you can get, as well as taking your bcaa's, glutamine, creatine, and protein is a solid base to build on and will produce solid gains.

for question one, you dont need to stop for 2 months
3-4 weeks is enough thats what ive been doing and just like Chris said your body produces creatine too. so dont need to take off that long . for question 2, people above have said it its your choice now

I frogot to mention the smell. I remember one day I took a pack to school to take about lunch time, and at some point in the day diffrent people sitting near me in class were like "What the hell is that smell?". So would suggest not taking the packs around by themselves unless you want to smell like a walking pharmaceutical.
(The can it comes in does a decent job at retaining the smells)
