yes i apologize to all who read my posts and had to witness that. i like the dungeon over any other bb forums and id like to stick around in this one and get advice and tips from everyone. i have been a gym rat for 3 years now, and am happy with my reuslts month 2 month. i have tried numerous supps so the whole creakic thing wasnt just a beginner thing, i just wanted to let you all know that for me, the gains are very fast on the 1 month cycle. but i got no advice or feedback on the first post, you all have me thinking i should stop taking this **** cuz its temporary results, i mean im bulking through november and thought it would be good. doesnt all creatine products results fade after discontinuation ? someone please let me know, i never plan on stopping weightlifting but i plan on stopping creakic, ill go with another creatine in jan or feb.

You will lose water so you might notice a little size loss due to that but you shouldn't lose any muscle from it.

yep. muscle should stay, water will go so you might be disappointed by a temporary loss in overall size.

you will definatley loose the water (bloat) weight. Probably notice a slight decline in strength. Kreakyline is a good creatine, along with size on. No matter what creatine you take there will always be some sort of loss when discontinued. Thank you for applogizing, people here really don't tolerate that kind of stuff, everyone here is really here to help everyone and to expand their own knowledge. Good luck.

Thank you for the apology. I wasn't apposed to your results with Creakic, it was the way you presented them. Most of the members around here seem to take a particular disliking for all MuscleTech products, including myself. On the other hand, if you have had good results with them, then by all means tell the community about it, just do so appropriately.

As far as creatine goes, depending on the type of creatine, all creatine products will have some sort of water retention effect on your body. You will definitely not lose muscle gains you have made while on the supplement, but rather the water in your muscles. This leads most people to jump to conclusions and think that they have lost all their gains. If you want to learn more about creatine, just do a search on this forum, there is even a specific post stickied on this board specifically dedicated to creatine.
