I did a cycle of Methyl 1-D. Now as to whether or not its a "real" Prohormone is still debatable. Never the less, I have decided to just stay away from all those types of things now after really thinking deeply about it.
Its really not worth it in the long run. You dont 'really' get that much out of them. Yes, I did experience some decent aggression in the gym while I was on it, but if I put my mind to it I can find that aggression naturally.
The only supp I will take from now on is protein,creatine,vitamins,oils,and NO. None of these will cause harm to your body like prohormones will.
My advice...stay away from it man. Do the diet and regulars supps and just hit that weight hard man and you will be happy!
