Me: 5'10" 165lbs, athletic but not cut at all, pretty flabby at places actually. But I do have a bit of muscle, bench around 190lbs and biceps curl 100lbs (with 4 reps).
Been working out on and off, but now I'm gonna get serious about it. Need to lose the flab (especially around the belly) and get toned. So heres my schedule:

Morning: Lipo 6, 1 scoop allwhey (AllMax) in water
30 min later: 1 scoop allwhey in water
Afternoon:
Creatine (PurpleK, 2 pills)
White Blood (3 pills)
Lipo 6
30 min later: workout (lifting, might run a mile if i feel sluggish to get warmed up)
Purple K (2 pills)
Multivitamin (w/ veggie antioxidant blend)
2 scoops allwhey (may sub in 1 scoop BCAA powder once in a while since I got some free samples)
30 min later: 1 can tuna and 1 scoop allwhey
2 hours before bed: 1 or 2 scoops allwhey

Gonna do this on workout days (3 days a week) and pretty much same diet on off days. I live in the city, so even on off days I walk alot (like 3m a day at least). After 2 weeks I will work in complex carbs and a more balanced diet. What do you think?

Do your cardio after your lift. A one mile run will use a lot of energy that should be directed to lifting. You can't lift with the same intensity after completing a mile run.

Good point crusader...ill do that next time
Also I forgot to mention im 20y/o if that matters...
And one question....should I only take the NO product before a workout? Cuz on off days I take one serving of the creatine instead of two, but not sure if i should still take the white blood...

I've heard of doing Cardio before you lift
you warm your muscles up, and your burn more calories

you will have no energy if you do cardio before you lift, thats what i know. you can walk or jog around 5-10 mins, and do some strecthes to prevent injury. but most people do cardio for 30 mins after they lift.

Thanks
Dani.

definitely wouldnt do any intense cardio pre WO. You will burn up all your carbs doing the cardio and most likely some muscles too. Doesnt seem like a good idea to me according to everythign Ive read and from personally experimenting myself.

No casein is a slow digesting protein powder. Its not like whey protein which takes around 2 hours to digest, take whey after your workout and then casein before bed or something so that your body does not go into a catabolic state. Also remember that your body can only take in so much protein at a time. You can add the supplement HMB to your stack which will help with protein synthesis breakdown.

hope i was some help

Yea actually I tried this for a few days, and it sucks for energy, I feel like I wont gain anything. I have added in 3-4 chicken breasts throughout the day and 2 protein bars with complex carbs, and I think I'll get muscle milk for before bedtime. Also, Im adding in ZMA to the stack. I wanna get ripppppeddd

Agreed. Nutrition is the real key to muscle building, not mass ammounts of supplements.
