if I take isopure zero carb twice a day with bcaa(morning before the gym and then 2hrs after morning meal) then take eas premium protein with casein before bedwhich also contains bcaa should I also take a separate bcaa supp. or am I good
cosign with thomas...i take bcaa's 3 times a day plus my ON shakes 2x a day which also have bcaa's in them. remember branched chain amino acids are significant aids in the transportation and utilization of protein molecules in the body.
