Question about Creatine.

After workingout should i take Creatine right after the workout or should i drink my protein shake first an wait 15min then take creatine. Also which is the best liquid to take my creatine.

Hey ! As a general rule you should take creatine 30 mins before your session and immediately after !! This way you refuel from what yu have lost while working out ! Which form of creatine ? Capsules or powder ?? If its a powder form you will need to start the first week as the load up stage ! So If i remember rightly you need to be taking 25mg per day for your first week. And then 5mg a day therafter ! Which is the size of 1 teaspoon.

If you are using capsule form take 3 caps 30 mins before and 3 straight after !! Take this dosage even on non workout days as you need to keep a consistent level of creatine in your systen at any one time and while on a cycle.
Also its always best to use a type of juice to take with as dairy products like milk etc will just bloat you and make you feel sick when training ! So stick with orange as this will also help with energy levels and at the same time take away the nasty taste of the creatine powder.

^you don't necessarily need 25g on a load phase bro. some people only require 10-15. and then use 5 grams as a maintenance dose. its different for everyone. he needs to determine for himself. always start out with less, that way you can track your results...if you immediately start with a high dose, your not going to know if some is wasted.

yes you can mix them together to answer his original question.


in regards to juice with creatine, the logic is not behind energy levels. it is because of absorption. dextrose, apple juice, grape juice are all great to help with absorption of the creatine so consume some with it.

finally, no one specified but if you are using milk to mix with your protein powder...DO NOT use whole milk. only use skim. the fat in whole milk will slow down your digestion of the whey protein.

Lets face facts .... everyone is going to react differently to be that creatine or any other form of BB'ing supplement so theres really no right or wrong anwer to when it comes to taking Creatine. But the creatine developers / brands, state when using powder form to take 25 mg for the first week as this is the dosage needed for a person to consume creatine for their first time ! which in turn floods the system with the " loading phase " which would be the whole point of the loading phase to take 25mg or why even have a loading phase if your only going to take 5mg over what you take per day anyway

Creatine works better in higher dosages than not enough in my opinion and ive taken it a fair bit in the past ! And yes I agree we all react differently to any supplement but when it comes to Creatine dont do dibs and dabs ... Do what the friggen label says on the tin because they know and have tested the affects it will have. no matter how tolerant or not you are to this supplement.

Are you mistaking your every day Creatine with one of the most dangerous highly toxin steroid such as Dianabol ??? lol !

Creatine is found in your every day meats etc ! Alot of water retention will happen through taking steroid cycles but creatine is one of the most natural supplements as they come and will NOT cause such side effect !

May I ask before posting such one liner rediculous statements please do some research
