I was thinking about capping my pre-workout supplement because it doesnt really like to dissolve in water very well, and it would be much easier for me to pop them during school, rather than mixing it up. I was wondering if anyone has any capping experience and could give me some sort of an estimate to how much longer I would have to take it to get the same digestion/absorbtion rate as the powder strait in water.

I know where you can get the supplies. It shouldn't effect the absorption. You are keeping it in the same form and taking it the same route. Orals usually take 30-45 mins.

Alright.. sounds good. Ive just heard stuff about the caps postponing the absorbtion of the powder for alittle while since you stomach would have to break down the cap before it can get to the powder. Where would you suggest I should buy a capping kit?
