ive gt till 2:00pm english time to decide wether to buy cyto-gainer or true mass, i meen i no ive asked every1 about them b4 but its purchasing time of the internet, please help

jus made my order now, ive got, multi vits + mins, BSN true mass, casein, quite an expensive order and i still need to go the local health shop to get sum creatine an BCAA's

haha im already deep in wiv the casein, bin usin it for a while now, this is jus ammunition lol, is it me or can u never seem to properly mix it in, i always av to pull the spoon out of the draw to get the remains

Ya i have had problems mixing my casein also... I think i might try putting it in a blender instead of a shaker. And slowly adding it. Might help who nows.

I don't understand why you buy casein why not just drink milk. It's got to be cheaper?

because casein is a concentrated milk protein which meens its got far more protein in than a pint of normal milk,its only lik £20 aswell for a months worth, and wen u fink a single pint has about 7grams of protein in u wud have to buy about 3 or 4 of them every nite which wud work out alot dearer and also there no fat in casein, mr bhana i buy my goods from www.monstersupplements.com
