Syntha 6 Whey/Casein blend

I just bought Syntha 6 after i was looking for a casein protein. I did find a casein only but i wanted a blend of half and half nitrotech hardcore is also good but then id have to get the casein and the nitrotech so syntha 6 seems like value for money.

Im not going to mix it with skim milk as it would increase the carbs too damn much, going to use it once a day and PWO.

Im just not sure how much % wise of the Syntha 6 is actually casein does anyone have any idea?

Not sure, but I do know that stuff taste great. Vanilla is my favorite.

havent tried that one yet, Ill have to. I had a sample of the strawberry and it tast like Nestle Quick. lol

Oh we did, that was our weekend get away.. We are in the planning stages for the San Franciso trip for a week.

Don't worry bout it Chris lol. Yer Syntha6 bloody rocks taste wise just some companies (well most) like to claim their product is half whey half casein when its like 90% whey and 10% casein thats why i was wondering bout the casein content as im having it with water
