Help with creatine and BCAA

Ok I have whey protein already and glutamine. I am goign to stack those with fish oil, multi vitamin, flax seed oil, BCAA, and creatine.

First question:

1)when looking got creatine and BCAA if you pay more is it better? Or are you paying for the name? Should I buy the best deal?

2)I am looking at a 500 gram tub of creatine powder. serving size is 5g of creatine, I am 23 how many grams of creatine should I have daily while lifting?

3)This also goes with BCAA powder. Follow the directions or should I take more/less??

Glutamine is not scientifically substantiated. Most of it is used in the gi tract. Simply, don't buy it.

Creatine: no the most expensive is not the best. (that goes for all supplements.

Follow the directions on the bottle/container.

so if each tablespoon is 5g just take the dosage got it. Freak do you take more? How much do you guys usally take of creatine?

What about ZMA? Not worth it?

No I don't take more. Never tried ZMA. Have heard good things about it but I'm not spending my money on it.

for me when first time i jumped in to bodybuilding. a lot of my friends recomended Purple-K or Kre-Alkalyne they are pure monohydrate creatine. i know they are in tablet forms which powder is better and i tried my 1st tub i like the result so i sugest to give it a try its really up to you, hope this will help.

i would stick with fish oil, males and str8 flax oil, dont mix too well....thought to reck havoc on endocrine system... test levels and what have u, arachaloic acid...ect

I thougt I have seen guys on this forum say flax seed oil is good. Hmmm, I am taking fish. Monday I get my creatine, and my BCAA... I will post results after a few weeks!

i jsut drudged up this.. i read it on anabolicminds... HRT sections....some people go crazy on blood work and the guy said flax messed him up....in a mix its ok, but str8 is bad....who knows

all i know is this.. i restricted fats, for no good reason really

when i started on HRT, my test levels were 18.1ng after 6 wks of treatment....then 5 wks later (anabolic diet.. 220g fat day!!) my levels dropped to 14ng... and my SHBG went up 5pts, which restricts free test levels..

but my body is an anomoly.....lol

results may vary

HRT=hormone replacement therapy... i have low test levels

18.1ng.. normal range is 10-30ng.... mine still suck

basically, fat in the diet did bupkus..

Oh ok, how ofton do you get blood work done? Should I get blood work done after I take a few suppletments?

I got my BCAA and creatine. I am excited for the results!

I agree with phatkid i've heard this as well about flax seed oil, i think its similar as with soy protein Phytonutrients that carry phytoestrogens. Thats why i always reccomend taking fish oil.

Hey guys got a question about my BCAA I bought. On the bottle it say's per serveing it only has 5g of bcaa, and 10g of free forming amino acids. Does this sound like enough bcaa?
