Can you get cut i mean like lose weight while being on creatine monohydrate. This is my situation. I dont mind the bloat but i have yet to get a six pack, i have like a 4 pack lol so can i get cut while taking mono cause of the bloat? and can i run with creatine monohydrate or will it like have no value? thakns guys

i'm assuming that you're talking about your lower abs. they will usually start showing in the single digit bodyfat range. yes it is possible to get them to show while taking creatine, you just have to seriously hit your abs hard....really hard. lots of leg lifts and v-sits.

You can't spot reduce fat from your lower abs. Only strengthen the muscles underneath. The lower abs are one of the hardest and last spots for your fat to go.

well i can run, i run 25 min a day is that good enough with situps to prolly create a pack while using mono and yes im working top and bottom abs
