ok so im low on cash sort of, i dont feel like spending 40 dollars for a months worth of creatine. So the vitamin shoppe brand 100% pure creatine mono will work too right? its really cheap with alot of servings. anything else i can buy thats cheap for like a pre workout or NO?

You got it right man the vitamin shoppe creatine is best imo there is no point in spending a crap load of money on any fansy creatine load or mix like cellmass, a plain creatine mono will work and best of all its $20. Just follow the instructions on the bottle or ask someone here about loading if you dont already now.

With what ever money you have left i would suggest going to sams club or costco and getting bulk rock stars and mix your creatine in with that. Enerygy+creatine= GFG workout. Plus saves money.

Creatine can be taken any time during the day, as long as your muscles are saturated with it it will work.

Just make sure its pure creatin, the only difference between brand name and generic creatine (GNC V. SHOPE) is that they dont mix as well, they are a little grittier, but they work fine.

I personally mix 2.5g with a rockstar(Yes energy drink) before i lift and chug it. A little extra energy and strength boast. It doesnt reall hurt to try something new:) Plus rockstars have simple carbs that will attact to the creatine and get into your muscles faster.

After i mix 5g with my protein drink, bassicaly to restore what ever creatine my workout used.

And like thomas said it is a bit grittyer and hard to mix completely but will work just as good as anything else out there.

Don't mix it with an energy drink, never mix with anything carbonated and acidic like soda or energy drinks.
Mix with natural fruit juices, grape juice is the best to mix creatine with. Just stick with mixing it with grape juice.
