Which brand of Whey protein should I get if I really want to put on mass? (I'm 6'1 160). Right now I'm using "100% Whey Protein" from GNC. I've used "Max Protein" in the past, and some other ones.
Should I be looking for protein with more carbs in it? Please explain. Thanks in advance.

How is your diet? At 6'1 and 160 pounds you shouldn't need that much extra food to bulk.

If your looking for size, whey protein alone isn't the best addition to a diet because its designed for quick digestion in a post workout situation. It also is usually low in fat and carbs.

Your looking for more of a mass gainer product.

ON has a product called Pro Complex: Gainer it has 650 calories, 8 grams of fat, 60 grams of protein and 85 grams of carbs.

Again i wouldn't suggest that you invest in a mass gainer at your size unless you just can't gain any size because you diet is TOO expensive to maintain, or if you can't eat enough solid foods to gain weight. 650 caloires might be too much for you to take at once as well, you don't want to gain alot of fat on a bulk.

Post your diet up, with macro nutrient count protein, carbs and fat.
