Please do a search. I know you are 15 but we have some really smart 15yo on here. If you are capable to read which you can then do some research. I gave you the supplements you need. The only thing I have to add is to day you don't need casein. Milk or cottage cheese will be just fine. Now do a search if you can't find it here go to Google. These are very basic questions.

Do a search because you are going to make a lot of people mad asking those questions without doing research. All very easy to find answers. You have to be curious and willing to learn in this sport. True learning comes from work and you aren't working.

Here is a simple rundown.

creatine-no its not bad, but make sure to drink at least a gallon of water a day when your on it.

Bcaa: Branched Chain Amino Acids basically all protein and muscles are made of this and help you build new muscle.

Casien protein is a slow digesting protein(5-7 hours), while whey digests in about 2-3.

Yes 3-6-9 oil is omega 3 6 and 9 so it is fish oil and will work just as well.

Companys to get:

Whey- Optimum nutrition 100% whey
Casien- Optimum nutrition 100% casein
Bcaa- Optimum nutrition BCAA Powder or pills what ever you really wanna get usually go for bulk powder i think its called 5000 or something.
Creatine- Buy plain cheap creatine monohydrate. If you have a vitamin shopp around i would suggest there 1000g container that costs $20. Also prolab creatine mono works.

Next time just look at other threads as all of this was covered. Or get off your ass and type it in google there is so much info out there its only one click away.

It seems like all you are focused on as supplements. You need to focus on getting a solid diet.

I thought I have already addressed this to you. Sorry if it was someone else but here it goes again.

Whey protein: ON (Optimum Nutrition) brand. Chocolate. We have told you this several times and you keep asking is this better is that kind better. NO, the answer is NO if we thought something was better we would have told you the first time. Not trying to be harsh or mean just trying to get a point across.

General multi-vitamin: doesn't really matter brand. Not as important when on a bulk because of all the food you are eating.

Creatine Monohydrate: I have always used higher power brand and it has worked fine but just got some by Scivation and going to give that a try.

Casein: NOT NEEDED. You can get this from cottage cheese (please get fat free or 1%), or you can get it from skim milk.

Flax seed/Fish oil: You are taking this for the healthy unsaturated omega 3 fatty acids. Brand doesn't matter.

BCAA's: I have always used optimum brand. Again, most brand is going to be ok.

You DO NOT need meal replacements. You need meals... from FOOD.

Hope this clears everything up.

Looks like a regular newb diet. Read this at least twice. Apply what I have told you and come back with a diet and be able to explain it. Do some research. I'm sure many would back me when I say this. You should just forget supplements exist. It is entirely clear you still view them as magic substances... (we all have at one point but you have to get through it.) Anyway, check out my primer, apply it, do more reading and put together a respectable diet. I am not going to voluntarily pm to help you nor help you by pm even if you ask because I just went through that with a kid who ended up wasting my time and basically saying I didn't answer any of his questions when I spent on a conservative estimate a half hour helping him. If you look at any of my posts I am here to help people but you have to do some work too.

alright, i am going to try my best to make this the best as possible so please fill in anything you would reccomend me to eat, i eat anything. i will try to fit in 5 meals a day. and btw can my whey protien work as a meal?

anyways.

meal 1(morning) - a bowl of corn flakes, a banana, a peanut butter sandwich on white bread, and 3 egg whites.

meal 2 - a can of tuna, with the whey gold standard

meal 3 - school food. what ever is there, also a jam sandwich, and mixed greens

meal 4 - fruits (apples, bananas, and oranges), cold cuts sandwich

meal 5(dinner) - ranging from a t bone steak to chicken breasts or a pound or 2 of salmon(raw or cooked), white potatoes or rice or pasta, mixed greens with olive oil and vinegar and an apple.

last meal - a cup of milk or cottage cheese, never really tried it. with a banana

now is that better? please add on it if it needs to be better please...

You obviously did not read my primer nor did you do any research. You leech everyones time because you do not do ANY research on your own and expect everyone to help you. Because it is bbd most people do, continuing to respond to your threads that have been addressed countless other times.

For the final time DO SOME RESEARCH!

ok freak, i have read it like twice...anyways, basically that diet i posted like 3 post up isnt good enough?

i have no idea how to calculate how many carbs or calories or protien i get it since all this food is everywhere.

so you dont think this diet is enough for me?... my goal is to reach 160-70 around next year february. but also get jacked in all places.

like this is a rough draft of my diet, but like you cant help ONE bit?....hmmm
