Ok say the directions say to take 1-3 capsules of ZMA 30-60 minutes prior to bed on an empty stomach. When can or should I take in my Casei Protein shake with fat free milk and peanut butter??

id adsume so, i take a protein shake with dinner and a casein shake before bed. and 2bcaa pills as well

he ment how can you take zma on and empty stomach and the casein also. what i'd do is take the zma 1 hr b4 bed then take the casein just b4 brushing ur teeth and hoping in the nest.
