im bored of eating the same meals 5/6 times a day (chicken in fajita seasoning and rice)

lets have some recipes from you guys
bulking/cutting doesnt bother me just get them up here :OOOOOOOOO

anyhoo.. one of my most used recipes is one i got from bigsdawg at mm forums

10 egg whites
1-2 cups oatmeal
blend till smooth

cook on pan

good friggin damn food

nothing can beat chicken and head county barbeque sauce. throw in some ronnie style french fries and thats one heck of a after workout meal.

emeril also has some good barbeque sauce, a little secret i learned is to buy the 1/3 calorie doritios and eat some chips with every other bite of the dreaded chicken , rice, and bean combo, its makes it much more bearable to eat

12oz steak marinated in jack daniels for a few hours..right before throwing in skillet or grill add a little salt,pepper, and onion powder

soda can or beer chicken: Take beer or soda put in in metal place holder if you have one for it and put chicken around or you can just use can also the can has to be half gone so go ahead and have some beer before cooking.. Preheat the over for I believe 350 20mins per lb of chicken add salt,pepper,onion,bbq seasoning i used around chiken maybe a little butter if you like and cook.

Chicken Parmesan: take chicken breast coat them him egg,milk and bread crumbs. Flour can be used too seasoned to how you want.Put oil in a pan fry chicken until golden brown over medium heat. Open can of prego or ragu tomato sauce (any kind will work) let sauce heat up over chicken then sprinkle on parmesan or can use thinly sliced parmesan cheese let it melt. Enjoy.
