I gotta go with Justlift and Kirk on this. Even for Beef @ 300lbs that is still top lineman stats for the bench and probably above avg. speed. For Beef the speed is harder to believe than the reps but I believe you are like what 6'3/6'4ish Beef? With height you usually get fairly long arms which is a disadvantage in benching.

Bb_crazy90 unless you put up a vid you are lying. Simple as that. If have nice size but not compared to a lineman or anywhere near putting up that many reps.

Those stats will put you at the near top of the combine. I just don't see a guy of your size/age putting up those numbers.

Hell what did Heath and some of those other top pro's do...? I know there are vids on that.

Vernon Davis is a FREAK no doubt about it. 6' 3" 253lbs, 23 years old. I don't see you putting up comparable numbers.

and a 4.7 is a pretty fast 40 time, one that very rarely can be run by a 300 pounder... I mean this looks like BS

Yeah 43 and 31 are both bs numbers... especially 43 in ninth grade :).... I know I take things literally but I can read between the lines... It's just Fin hilarious at this point.

I check Larry Allen's bench and how many did he do... 43 LMAO. Here is his lifting stats and the vid:

I didn't take any offence to what you said bro. I've been called out before and always can back it up. I've said it before, but "Lying on the internet is like competeing in the special olympics. Even if you win, you're still retarded" (Not meant to be offensive, but merely as a saying) So my whole opinion of lying is "Why do it when you're just lying to your self?" I wouldn't lie on the internet. If I was, I would come up with better stats and times. I had one of the fastest times for my school when we did the 40 times at the begining of grade 10 (I'm grade 11, so that is my old time) We didn't do it this year because there's not much of a change from one season to the next. Also don't forget that I wasn't always 300lbs. I was about 230lbs and hard when I played soccer and rugby, but a series of events and injuries prevented me from continuing to play soccer or rugby. I still do Hockey, Football, Basketball, and Track. So I'm a real athletic guy. I wish my coach wasn't such a dick so I could play and get a write up in the paper to show you guys what's up, but it seems like eveytime I'm not allowed to play. The first time was because my gym teacher (Who's also my coach) caught me and one of my friends (also on the team) cheating on a run. The run is retarded anyway. We run like 2k then we get to workout for 40 minutes...THAT'S NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR A DECENT WORKOUT! The second time I wasn't allowed to play was because I got into a fight at school and got suspended a day before the game. The third time I called the ref out on a bullshit call and he gave me a personal foul and a warning, so I said that was bull so he ejected me and I just left.

YOU AREN'T MATCHING LARRY ALLEN'S BENCHING STATS IN NINTH GRADE. Or in college for that matter.

I'm assuming he means in 10th grade he was 230lbs. So in one year he has also gained 70lbs which is entirely possible but the fat to muscle ratio... not so good.

Oh, and I'm 6'4 1/2. I was also benching arround 300 in grade nine though. As well as being a former soccer player, they taught me how to run properly, swinging my arms for the extra speed when you run out of juice. And believe it or not, we have a fullback right now (who's probaby going to start over me if the coach ever lets me play) that is 310lbs and can run a 4.9. But he's a grade 10 that my coach let play for the senior football team because he wanted to and he's good enough.

I don't care if you went to 20 combine camps and can run with perfect form.

Larry Allen's max bench is 700lbs. He put up 225 (43 reps).

Your current max is 450lbs. You claim you also put up 43 reps. (in 9th grade) I'm sure you weren't maxing 450lbs in 9th grade.
