At the gym the other day a friend of mine was rambling off a list of supplements he was taking and one particularly caught my interest, now forgive if beef liver is some sort of bb secret i've never ran across before, but this kid said he was taking concentrated beef liver tablets, certainly this cant be the equivallent of eating liver b/c honestly i know as much as we all just LOVE to eat liver that shit is terrible for you, more LDL than you even wanna think about, but can someone please shed a little light on this for me, why would anyone take beef liver tablets (im asking you all b/c when i asked him the moron said "b/c someone told me too") |
