I have been lifting for awhile now and I have gotten some supps. I asked this awhile ago but I think I need another opinion. I have some
100% Whey Optimum Nutrition protein but I also have cell mass. Now, the directions for cell mass (whatever they mean) tell me to take them immediately following my workout. Thats all well and good but when should I take my Protein? I thought I was supposed to take it immediately after as well. Should I ditch the Cell Mass? Now, I do take multiple shakes a day, but I thought the most crucial one was right after the workout.
Any help you can extend would be great.
