first and foremost, welcome to the dungeon.

the best way to take them is on the directions on the container. you just have to follow what it says to do. the only things i can think of to add are a good multivitamin, flaxseed oil, and protein.

sure thing bud....its what we are all here for.....i believe you are right its a whey protein powder type product, but for future reference, try Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard whey protein....its cheaper and actually better. casein protein is great for at night. theres a lot of stuff you could encorporate, depending on your age. how old are ya bud?

i've taken the bsn cellmass and no-xplode and had some decent gains, but nothing better than cheap creatine monohydrate powder and no-shotgun.

I believe the truemass already had caesin in it when i read the back of the label. Also thats why i use it because i workout in the evening and take my protein afterwards, and with the caesin ive read that its better for you if you're a evening lifter.

casein is a great evening protein...even better to take before you rest. it breaks down slower than whey

yes true mass has caseinate included. however 3 scoops of true mass is a mixture of different types of protein. i'm not sure of the exact proportions in true mass, but taking a pure casein powder right before bed is a great way to maximize your intake of protein.
