Reflex BCAA's Pills

Hey guys I just got my Reflex BCAA tub today and im a bit nooby to bcaa pills....

just wondering it says on the tub take 6 pills b4 post w/o bout 30 mins b4 and then another 6 after workout, does that mean I can take 6 in one go or spread em out???

yes take them before and after your workout. You can take them all at one shot. The average dosing for 1 serving is a recomended 5g so 1 serving for your bcaa pills Im guessing 2 pills ber servinng giving you 1gram. Something like that right. They cant fit 4-5 grams in one pill so you take 6 at one time to get the recomended amount.

Thanks orbit!! well its only my second day on them big d but i deffinetly feel alot more energised since taking them. I ordered them from a supp site bodyshapersfitness good prices for us UK folk lol its also where I order my ON Whey

No problem bro. Yeah BCAAS are a great product. You should also be noticing that you dont get as fatigued during you reps. It helps to block lactic acid, well actualy it does so much I would have to make a list. lol
