most of the non miconized products are full of sugars and artificial flavors, which kinda defeats the purpose. just a simple creatine monohydrate powder will do the trick. as for the bcaa's powder, there's plenty of it around i'm pretty sure optimum nutrition makes a powdered form.

not any more than i am for other products, i take ON whey and BCAAS in pill form. they have great prices and have always made an amazing product. there are others out there as well. i tend to stick to what works for me. just try diff. stuff out and see what you like best.

When it comes to creatine, you have to try Ultimate Nutrition's Horsepower or SAN V12 Turbo. Also, NO-Xplode is a good NO booster which contains some creatine.
I have had good results with Horsepower, but I'm also storing SAN V12 Turbo which claims to give some good results.

You'll just have to try for yourself, they may differ.

I think Optimum might make a bcaa/creatine combo product. I buy bulk bcaas & creatine. I throw the bcaas in crystal light & the creatine in my post-w/o shake.

Angelus he hasnt mentioned anything about NO, just creatine. In that sense creatine mono micronized to me is the best for your money,

I am a Optimum fan and you can buy there BCAA powder and it will last about a month.

I've also heard CEE(creatine ethyl ester) is a bit better than normal creatine mono - better absorbed and less bloating effect. True?
