has anyone tried Gakic before? has it worked well for you? i'm trying to increase my strength.

i know it's a muscletech product. i've heard mixed things about this product.

Its a waste of money. I havent met anyone that can honestly say that its worth it.

I've heard one kid who said it worked well and he made huge strength gains, he was my commanding officer in high school... he was also about 5'8'' maybe 170 and he said that he could kick my ass

Shop around bud try lookin at BSN, ON, Met-Rx even Reflex more affordable and youd get the same possibly better results and save a few pennies

I am not for muscletech at all, but a buddy of mine gave me a bottle of it, so I wasn't going to turn away free supplements (since Gakic can't hurt you) I said why not, honestly I found that it did in fact allow me to workout harder longer, definately noticed a increase in my muscular endourance. Now I was floored by this because its MuscleTech, but I will give credit where credit is due, I think its a decent product, all they really have to do is work on the price on it, and I would put it into my stacks.

Actually a decent product. I did feel a little stronger when I used it. I was able to get more reps. However, the price is too high and having to swallow 8 pills is a little ridiculous.

i use bsn products
but bsn doesn't have anything that works like gakic is supposed to work. i know about supplements guys, i'm not a noob. i just wanted to know if anyone has tried it that's all. if all it does is increase your muscular endurance, how is it different from creatine? ok, you could get more reps out, but could you put up more weight or no?

My only advice for anyone using Gakic would be to get the pills, not the powder. The powder has sugar added to it that wouldn't be very good for pre-workout. The pills have no calories.

reg. creatine monohydrate, flaxseed oil, multi, whey...that's all ya really need.

The only good MT does for you is help empty your wallet, even more so then gambling at Vegas.
