My diet goes like this.

1st meal.
6 eggs whites only 1 yolk 2 slices of toasted whole wheat bread.

2nd meal.
Turkey Sandwhich dry on whole wheat.
Natural Peanut Butter sandwhich on whole wheat.

3rd meal.
Post workout Whey shake 55 grams of protein.

4th meal
1/2lb of beef browned with rice

5th meal
repeats 2nd meal.

6th meal
1/2lb of beef no rice.

If I'm not eating beef its chicken I usually make it all in the morning and eat it through the day but my question is beyond WHEY I've never taken any supplements/vitamins what would you guys recommend. I dont need help losing fat or anything like that so I dont need any diet pill crap.

probs add in more carbs such as rice. u didnt say how much rice u eat at meal 4. try to stay away from sandwhiches too. also 55 grams of whey is probably bit too much. 40-45 gramx max i wud say. also need sum kind of slow release protein before bed.

dude try switching from whey protein to BSNs true mass. it has weigh and a **** load of caseinate and BCAA's. and carbs. it's got like everything for bulking. it's perfect. go to bodybuilding.com and check it out they have the nutrition list on the website. and see if it's for you. i take that and add in 1&/12 cups of organic quick oats. its the PERFECT post workout shake for me. so maybe it'll work for you.
