Advice with Supplement

My name is filipe and i have 17 years old.

I am in gym since 2005 and i never tried any supplements and now i would like to try it. What i want is to have big muscles…some friends tell me that cell tech hardcore is good becouse is creatine and gives me some extra energy while i am trainning and other tell me to buy NO2.

But i would like to have advice of u guys of the suplements that i should buy. Name and price.

Both supplements have good reports. I personally haven't tried the celltech in a long time, and have never tried the NO2.
With the CEll TECH, you will gain strength. With the NO2, you will gain strength in the area of more reps. "Pumps" if you will. You will feel the ability to "rep out" the weight more.

I can tell you that the product that has both of the active ingredients in them is NO XPLODE, which I Have purchased many times. IT's my favorite pre workout supplement.

humm cool...it's like 2 products in one...a pot of NO XPLODE how much it lasts you? 1 month and 15 days?

Expensive, you can find much less expensive products. If you mention it again someone will probably flame you.. not me but.. or else it will turn into a thread with about 30 replies all saying muscletech sucks. Do a search and check them out if you want to know more.

can you tell me other product cheaper than the cell tech and that does the same effect? NO Explode like critical mass seems good to me but if you know a product that does the same and is cheaper...plz tell me :P =D

Just look at the labels and the main ingredients then go to bb.com and buy them separately. For cell tech buy dextrose, creatine mono and chromium picolinate (if you really want to).

A friend of mine used Cell Tech and said he got great gains from it, but I agree with everyone Muscletech is way overpriced and theres other great stuff out there. I have never used NO-XPLODE but I know people who do and they say great things, im going to buy myself some too.

Cell tech offers the same but an exagerated amount of suger 75mg to be exact. And they include Alpha Lipoic Acid which you can pick up for under 10 dollars.

Buy ON protein, BSN NO Xplode, BSN Nitrix or MRI NO2 Black, Horsepower or San v12 Turbo creatine. And Animal M Stak, it will seriously help you.
And you have to remember that training supplements are just supplements, not a replacer for food. You have to eat good food and use the supplements on the side. Sleep enough everyday, and try to train 5 times a week.

Animal M-stack blows..it is a complete waste of money and reading info about it is a complete waste of time..the only benefit of taking it is to practice swallowing handfuls of pills..and supplements in pill form suck anyway.

But Phosphogen creatine works pretty good i have been taking it for a while and its cheap. real cheap on bodybuilding.com and take a good whey protein like Optimum Nutrition 100% whey gold standard, it has 5 grams of BCAAs in it which you definately want. Also dont forget the vitamins - multi-vitamin and fish oil
