does any1 take maximuscle products

hey all just wondering if any1 has ever took maximuscle products and if any of you concider them to be any good because ive been on cyclone for a while then went onto promax and creatamax extreme and they havn't really done anything for me and its costing about £120 a month. I am probably goin to change to ON 100% whey and NO explode, sound like a good idea ??

Thanks chris ano maximuscle's products seem to be quite unknown and unused in the dungeon i think theres only one mention of any products which is creatamax extreme by LBJ saying it was way to expensive, just thought there was no harm in asking tho

Small world ! I'm from kirkcaldy .

I've used maximuscle ,i bought a tub of the progain extreme and didn't bother buying another because the gains wern't that noticeable ,the only thing i really noticed was my belly was a bit more bloated .Any weight i put on i lost almost straight away because i do so much cardio with the other sports i do (MMA, American Football).

Personally i'd say make sure your diet is up to scratch before you worry about supplements ,i started using them expecting them to be the magic solution and make things a lot easier but it didn't happen because my diet wasn't good enough.

I've decided to stop using supplements and sort my diet in the hope that i'm going to start gaining some lean muscle.

american football isnt really my game m8 to much stopping and starting for my likeing but if you tell me where you play i might come and watch a match some time

maximuscle is overpriced if you want some value for money have a look at nutrisport there stuff is good i have used it for a while, (Creatine, 90+ whey, aminos)

We train at the beveridge park on a saturday starting at about 11,not got any games for a while cause our seasons just finished but we're heading through to glasgow soon for a joint practise session and scrimmage. If you ever fancy giving it a go give me a shout on here ,we've got all the kit and the first session is free so you can see if you like it.
