honestly the best thing pwo is a creatine/protein mix shake. weight gainers are more of a mrp (meal replacement product)

that's just a whey protein which ON 100% whey gold standard is still the best on the market. 24g of fast acting protein which is perfect for post workout. you have to realize though that that MRP is a 7.62lb bag

i've personally never tried any flavor other than chocolate...the custard def. sounds good as hell though. once i taste something i like i tend to generally stick with that and not deviate haha

if you want something good. i seriously reccomend BSN's True Mass, with 16oz milk it's got 100g complex carbs, several types of protein totaling 62g and i mix it with 1&1/2 cup organic rolled oats and blend. the oats are about 29g complex carbs per 1/2 cup. you can even throw in a banana and some peanut butter. it's some good stuff believe me.
