ON is good stuff. I use their protein blend PWO and their caesin before bed. I dont think that there is anything necessarily wrong with
nitro-tech except the price, the taste, and that its hard to mix. In your post you said you were looking for something more powerful to cycle. There is absolutely no need to cycle on and off protein powder. In fact that would be a bad idea. Just realize that it is a supplement and does not replace whole food. And despite what you read in magazines no protein powder in the world is going to put 10lbs on you in 2 weeks. You want to use it immediately post workout with simple carbs ie banna, gatoraide, white bread, or dextrose/vitargo in order to deliver nutriets to the muscle when it is most receptive pwo. Before bed caesin is a good idea as well as it has a slow absorption rate and will help fight catabolism, you can take it with natural peanut butter or
flax oil to slow digestion further. As far as creatine. Its great stuff and completely safe. Definetly easier on your body than NO in my opinion. But I like NO too. Again like everyone said the muscle tech line is over priced and a lot of their supplements are not all that effective. For creatine I actually like Cellucor M5, but it is expensive and hard to find, you can just go with creatine mono. For NO, Gaspari
Superpump 250 is good or NO2 black is good if you want stimulant free NO. Good Luck.
