I put in bold what I think you should take. If you want to gain muscle, you need to eat a lot of quality protein with a total calorie intake that is well above what you burn on a daily basis. Now, I know that it's a simple statement but it concerns me that you would ask for advice on what to take when your choices include creatine or protein.

Here's what I mean: No matter what other supplement you are taking, protein is a key nutrient in your diet. Protein supplementation should NEVER take a break from your suppelement regimen. Protein and Amino acids.

IF you are taking a break from Creatine, go ahead and try a Nitric Oxide supplement. But, no matter what you do, get your protein supplement in. The N-Large will be good for you because it has plenty of protein and total calories per serving that you can add to your daily diet.

Depending on how your receptors are, you might try some contemporary prohormones and steroid alternatives. I personally have only seen minimal growth from them, but gained mad strength. And from strength comes size with the right diet.

Good luck.
