I've been browsing through the forums, along with a few other websites trying to figure out the ideal way to get muscle mass. I'm talking strictly protein right now, btw.

I read some posts saying preworkout protein, and then post immediately, caesin at night, etc. Here's my problem:

I workout at night, around 9ish. Right now I'm taking ProNOS by MRI (great protein, btw, I've seen amazing results). Now, Should I continue using this, or switch to a caesin protein? OR better yet, just use milk to mix my protein before I go to bed? I come home around 11, so it's like, supplement, any leftover homework, and then bed.

I cycle NO Xplode, and that's obviously my preworkout supp.

Thanks.

strictly protein??? yet you want to add muscle mass???

...you need a surplus amount of carbs before & after WOs aswell as throughout the day. complex carbs PreWO & then fast acting carbs PostWO, & of course throughout the rest of the day stick to complex carbos...

if you WO at 9, come home at 11 have a shake before & after WO as per usual, then an hr later, have your final meal with a casein shake 30mins before you hit the hay & retire for the day...

I meant that I didn't need info on carbs, etc, only about protein.
