ok, i got this GNC pro performance micronized creatine monohydrate and im wondering.....
if i put the creatine into a glass of water, is it suppose to sink at the bottom after sitting for about 15 seconds (even after mixing), or is it suppose to blend with the water completely and you cant see any grains of creatine left?
because my creatine sinks at the bottom most of the time and when i drink it, theres always a bit of creatine left stuck on the bottom of the bottle. is that bad? and what can i do to fix that

yes it will do that. what you can do is fill up the glass a little bit, swish it around again and drink the rest.

Mixing it in your your shake is a good idea or using orange juice with the pulp left in. Personally, I've been getting away from juices because of their sugar content but when I started off I used orange juice. Either of which should help that settling problem.

yes man, that is no problem. like ripped said, just drink it as fast as you can, then stir it around some more.

i just wanted to point out^^, mixing juice with the creatine is good. 100% juice is great, beacuse of the sugar, the creatine is more readily absorbed. post workout you need between 50-100 g of fast digesting carbs. the juice is some of those, and it also helps creatine. its a two for one.

just to make the point more clear, for everyone that buys shit muscletech products (which i hope no one does)...cell tech is all sugar. it has a shit load of it to help absorption of the creatine, and they charge an arm and a leg. you basically could make your own but buying dextrose and creatine, for a fraction of the price.
