So I made a decision a little over a month ago that I was tired of being out of shape, and I started working out 3 days a week and using Cyto Gainer 3 times a day.
I have never been able to gain much weight is the reason I got the gainer. Also for the protein, creatine, and aminos it has in it.
I take a multivitamin and fish oil everyday. I try to eat as much meat protein as possible during the day. I eat mostly chicken, tuna, rice, broccoli, whole grain breads and also eat a lot of protein bars. I recently started eating quite a bit of fruit also.
Ive been seeing pretty good results so far.
I was about 165lbs when I started and now I am pushing 180lbs. My gains have went up about 15lbs.

So I wanted to take my workout to the next level and read about doing a cycle of supps. and decided to give one a try.
I bought the following supps. for my cycle.

LG Science stack
Methyl 1-D / 1-GH-1 combo pack
Cold Fusion / NO Infuse combo pack

I started the cycle 3 days ago. I will do a 4 week cycle and then PST with Formadrol / Tribulus combo for 2 weeks.

I am also doing Milk thistle while on the cycle.

I do seem to have quite a bit more endurance and a pretty nice pump in my workout that wasnt there before. My muscles dont seem to give out at all and I just want to stay and workout forever.
I was hoping this stuff would make me feel like an animal or something though, but I can tell a difference.

Something is really giving me the shits/gas though, maybe the creatine in the cold fusion?

I take 6 Methyl 3 mor. 3 night.
3 scoops CF , 4 1-gh1 , spray NO infuse before WO

I drink the cyto gainer in the morning with breakfast
directly after WO
and before bedtime

Here is what I usually eat:

Breakfast: 6am
bowl mini wheats
juice
Prot bar
2 scoop cyto
multi vit, milk thistle, fish oil
---------------------------------------------------------------------
at work
snack: 8m
prot bar
apple
gatorade

lunch: 11am
2 tuna sandwich
cup brown rice
prot bar
gatorade

snack: 1pm
fruit cup
prot bar
gatorade
---------------------------------------------------------------------
prework: 5pm
take supps. + 12 oz water empty stomach

postwork: 6pm
4 scoops cyto

dinner: 7pm
either chicken, fish, pork around 12oz
green veggie mostly brocolli
rice or noodles
whole grain bread 2 slices
fish oil

before bed 9pm
4 scoop cyto

Its hard to eat somethings during the day when Im at work because of limited opportunity.

So I need critiques, advice, input on what else I need to do here to maximize my routine. Do I need to eat something different? More of something? Less of something? ANy supps Im missing? Dont need?
I was thinking of getting some muscle milk for before bedtime instead of the gainer? Anthing post workout I should be doing different? More amino acids? Anything at all?

Please critique my routing because I really a beginner here :)

Thanks in advance.

The gainer is what is giving you the shits (are you lactose intolerant?) Even if you aren't, the amount you are taking is a lot. Honestly, I would probably limit the use of the cytogainer to maybe only once a day (breakfast seems good) and if you were to take a gainer postworkout, get one that is fast digesting (like IDS smartgainer, which is what I use and love) where cytogainer is slower digesting, and after workout you want to get the protein and carbs in your system right away, to help with recovery.

Honestly, I would have waited awhile before taking some supps, just so that you can get some sort of base program and diet going. I would have trained for like a year before getting into supps. just in order to get a good natural base. Stop taking the gainer before bed, because it is just going to make you fat, because you won't be able to burn off the excess carbs and calories. A casein protein would be best before bed.

Sorry if this is a bit out of order and random, I am still trying to wake up. Hope this helps, I will come back later today and add some more.

Agreed. Cut down on the amount of Cytogainer you're taking. You should feel better. Also, Methyl 1-D is a pretty good product. I got decent gains from it. You're diet is actually pretty good I think, but I would drop the Cytogainer before bed and take casein protein only instead. Good call, Tall Hardgainer.

Good luck!

Thanks! Taking cytogainer before bed will just make you fat really, yeah it has the protein but you won't be able to burn off any of the carbs and calories and in turn your body will just store it as energy (fat). Diet sounds pretty good though. Try investing into a good protein, a lot of guys on here, including myself, really like the Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Whey Standard, its probably the best protein you can get, and it taste great.

thanks for the quick advice. Yeah ive kind of noticed some excess flab around my mid sections lately, LOL! I guess I was overdoing it on the gainer. And Ive been working my abs like crazy and its still getting a little flabby.
Ill just use the Cyto with breakfast, and get the IDS for post and also get the Gold whey protein you recommended.
When is the best time to take the gold whey protein?
I was also wondering about muscle milk for bedtime, would that be ok to take? Ive read on the container it is good for bedtime recovery.
The LG stack really kicked in today. I worked out for 1.5hrs and didnt even realize it, LOL!
I dont even really feel fatigued at all either.
I stacked on another 5 pounds to my reps and it felt really good.

I am liking this NO Infuse, I believe this stuff actually does help with muscle fatigue. Its pretty nasty to have the sticky shit on your skin, but I think Ill stick with it.LOL!

Thanks for all the advice Ill keep you posted on my cycle.

I would not take muscle milk before bed because of the higher fat levels, stick to a casein protein like Probolic-SR or Syntha-6 or something like that, slower digesting and has been designed for bedtime consumption.

As far as taking the Optimum Protein, take it anytime during the day, between meals is great. This is what I do and it has been working great: Aim to eat every 2 hours, when you cannot eat food (high protein and moderate good carbs) have a shake, here would be an example.
8:00AM: Breakfast
10:00AM Shake
12:00 afternoon: Lunch
2:00pm Midafternoon snack (or shake)
4:00pm preworkout supps
Postworkout: IDS Smartgainer
1Hour after postworkout: Dinner
Before Bed: Protein Shake (no added carbs)

I have a similar schedule as this, I add supplements in, like when I wake up and throughout the day, and sometimes I get to eat more through the day or sometimes I have to rely more on shakes, only you know what your schedule is like on a day to day basis. So eat about every 2 hours, this will also increase your metabolism and help keep your bodyfat in check as well, since you will essentially be digesting thoughout the day, burning up more calories, but with all the food and shakes you will be taking in you will still gain weight, but at least you will be keeping your bf levels under control.
