does anybody know of any product i can use to give me energy before lifting so when i lift i can have that energy ...cause every time i lift it seems I'm lacking energy

Maybe you are overtraining. Coffee should help wake you up a bit.

Really depends on your entire diet !
But have a decent meal an hour or so before you hit the weights ! You will be surprised how much that can help ! But as mentioned ... depends on your gym routine ... plus diet ! Do you do any CV before hand ?

I like the caffeine tabs from Prolab. You can get 100 tabs for under $10 from the Vitamin Shoppe or a similar source. 1 tab is equivalent to 1 cup of coffee. These do a great job of getting me amped up and they work pretty fast.

Caffeine tabs are what i use. 200mg each is how they come. 2 before you lift and youll be good. I lift at 4am.....not by choice...so they are gold for me..
