my friend takes them and told me too
the dude at gnc told me it would be fine for my age...
and now i'm turning to you guys....would it mess with my test levels....i think XL are the watered down versions?

once again bro, your too young to play the hormone game. NO DON'T TAKE THEM!!!!!!!!!! YOUR 15!!!!!!!!!!!!! its not safe for you to take them at your age your test levels are naturally high. stick to what we told you before. whey, creatine, bcaa's.

that's what it is a testosterone booster, trust me kid i've taken it. don't trust gnc sales people because they want to get SALES. trust those on this site.

at 15 i wouldn't rely so much on a product, i'd just get what i needed from my diet like crusader said. supplements are nothing more than tools to help.

my diet isn't bad....i stay away from foods with a lot of badfats and sugars.....i don't drink pop i eat every 2 hours when i can....alot of chicken breasts and high protein foods...i usually eat a peice or two of bread with my protein shake for carbs...maybe some pasta...then i take creatine beta alanine and protein...

I would stick with protein powders and multi-vitamins. Maybe creatine, but it's definitely not necessary. At your age, you should have little trouble with putting on muscle so long as your diet is pretty good and you train hard. Stay away from the test boosters for a few years. You don't need them.

At GNC they will try to sell you anything that they can. If you take prohormones, you'll mess yourself up and regret it in the future.

WAY too young. I have known people who have done permanent damange to themselves by messing with that stuff at too early of an age (he pisses blood now, and has a hard time getting an erection, and can't cum all the time) doesn't sound like a good idea to me. And as stated before those people are only looking to make a sale, and most of the time they don't know what they are talking about with products like that.

At the age of 15, if you train hard and eat like a freak, you will gain, trust me, and at age 15 your test levels are through the roof already, no need to try and up them further.

Methyl 1 D and Methyl 1D XL are two very different products...
The people here are here to help anyone that are hungry for muscles but it takes hard work and lots of paitience.. They are not here to take ur money like supplement stores. believe me they give great advises... read the post i put up on M1D and M1D XL..

F*ck GNC don't go there, they sell alot of expensive stuff upsell too and and dont listen to your friend you are still young just like what these people above said. If your friend use those stuff tell them to use it infront of your eyes and see if they use it too. we all giving u advices and now its all up to you good luck bro.

Agreed! I had a friend in highschool he was like 16. He took andro and some other prohormones through graduation. Sure he was strong as hell, and looked huge but he started losing his hair and discovered some liver problems too. Your liver isn't fully developed until you are about 20-21. When your liver isn't developed you are much more susceptible to alcohol poisoning and damage from prohormones.

i work at gnc and on the bottle of methyl 1-d xl is states clearly that it isn't for anyone under the age of 21 and where i work we would refuse to sell it to anyone under 21. stay away from it anyway its a watered down version.
