ive just orderd cytogainer purley for a post workout recovery drink and not to gain unwanted weight, if i take only one serving a day post workout only will i start to lose my cuts as im 10% b/f and dont want that to change i dont mind more muscle mass

You should be fine, however cytogainer is not good for post workout because it is a slower digesting weightgainer, as is BSN Trumass, my recommendation (which is what I take) is IDS Smart Gainer, because it is fast digesting, which is what you want postworkout.

You want the fast digesting because your muscles are in protein synthesis (aka uptaking everything into the muscles within the first hour after your workout) so the faster you get the protein, carbs and creatine (since you will be adding it) the better because it will allow you to recover faster, which is sooooo important.
