Funny thing, during the past year I have known a number of guys who are starting to weightlift and so they tell me that they went to GNC, before they finish their sentence I know what is coming. They bought something from muscletech OR a GNC product. I tell them don't price that overpriced MESS. Go to Vitamin Shoppe, and I tell them where the store it. I tell them to get either bodytech protein OR Optimum Nutrition stuff. They ll save ALOT of money and be more excited about working out.
Oh, I also tell em to pay more attention to their diet because if you arent getting enough food proteins in that stomach then that whey protein will only go halfway.
One guy I talked to actually took NANO back to GNC to get his money back. I told him to just get creatine mono or do like I do and use Kre Alkalyne.
Even my brother spent some $60
on whey protein at GNC. I told him Ill buy him some protein next time. He about s*!? when I told him how much I pay for it. He is just getting back to working out as well. The whole market of this is just tooooooo funny.
