I picked up some of Six Star Muscle's whey protein today because it was on sale for dirt cheap. $15.

Is it cool for creatine to be mixed in with the whey powder? I mean since you drink whey throughout the day multiple times, if creatines mixed in you'll be taken that multiple times a day to. Anything to worry about?

That might sound like a dumb question but I've never noticed on any of the other whey products I've used that creatine was mixed in. Maybe it was there and I overlooked it but so far this stuff I picked up today is the first time I've seen it. The amount of creatine in it isn't listed either.

Sometimes they mix it in with the whey, sometimes they don't. Depends what the product is. Don't worry about the creatine, it won't hurt you. Its not that dumb of a question, you should know what you are putting in your body.

It's a pretty good standard whey. The 1.3 grams of this other stuff is probably just for looks.

Sorry for the triple post, but, the 1.3 grams is probably a combination of all those ingrediants. So, even if you got mostly creatine, and took the supplement for every meal you would have only 13 grams, thats not dangerous.
