if this is the case bro...i'd suggest keto DHEA...you don't have to be a bbder to benifit from DHEA, especially if you are over 30, it's a good supplement to take just for general health & for anti aging treatment...anything over 25mg a day you will have to start cycling it like a ph with something like 6 OXO to keep estrogen levels steady...lower doses you will have to use for such a long time to actually see visable results in fat deposits & muscle gain, where as on a few cycles of it at higher doses, lets say at 100mg ED will be more benefitial for acheiving these sort of goals in a quicker time scale...hope this helps
