DHEA question...LBJ or other experts??

I have recently researched DHEA with regard to stress, adrenal exhaustion etc. Most of what I have read points to DHEA having many positive effects(non-bodybuilding related). I know that it is, more or less, the "mother hormone" and can convert into estrogen as well as testosterone...
My initial interest in DHEA had nothing to do with anabolic gain but I wonder if taking it in small doses would have any effect on muscle gain.
Again, the sources that I read have NO info on the ability to gain muscle...but they say to take no more than 30mg a day.
If I supp with 30mg a day, will I see any benefit/negative side effects from such a small dose? If there are no side effects, I thought that I might take 30mg twice daily on days that I hit the gym.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

if this is the case bro...i'd suggest keto DHEA...you don't have to be a bbder to benifit from DHEA, especially if you are over 30, it's a good supplement to take just for general health & for anti aging treatment...anything over 25mg a day you will have to start cycling it like a ph with something like 6 OXO to keep estrogen levels steady...lower doses you will have to use for such a long time to actually see visable results in fat deposits & muscle gain, where as on a few cycles of it at higher doses, lets say at 100mg ED will be more benefitial for acheiving these sort of goals in a quicker time scale...hope this helps

As far as cycling goes...30days on and 30 days off??
If I cycle on at 100mg with 6OXO for 30 days, could I still take 25mg while "off" for 30 days and not take the 6OXO?
Where can 6OXO be found?
Will the DHEA and 6OXO be good alone...I have seen that some take TRIB with it...

NO, you need a break from cycling DHEA bro...compleatly
you can get 6 OXO from many online shops

run 100mg of DHEA with 300mg of 6 OXO ED for 4 weeks & run the trib at 1875mg ED with the 6 OXO for another 2 weeks, so the total cycle has been run for a full 6 weeks...take a further 4 weeks off compleatly then cycle it again...

weeks 1-4 - dhea 100mg ED & 300mg 6 OXO ED
weeks 4-6 - trib 1875mg ED & 300mg 6 OXO ED
4 week break, then cycle again

Just to make a little thing more clear, weeks 5-6 triv 1875mg ED & 300mg 6 OXO ED.
Otherwise you'd be taking the DHEA and the TRIB durring the 4th week.
