Sup I was always curious how do people get so big but have abs? and like 5 %bf

Are you suppose to gain a lot of mass then cut down? Is that how everyone does it?

Would you loose muscle when you start cutting?

Bulk up,, then cut down. You can loose muslce if you loose to much weight to fast, 2 - 2.5 lbs a week is a safe amount to loose

45 minutes of Cardo in the A.M. on an empty stomach will do it.

yes the theory is bulk than cut....idk if everyone does it like that..sometimes you may do a light bulk instead of all out....and if you dont eat enough protein during your cut and dont lift enough you will lose muscle
