this winter i am considering not wrestling to do an extreme conditioning/power/stregnth program for 4 weeks i was just wondering like if i should keep on my normal supps? if you guys could check out the workouts and tell me that would help

it's called plyometrics and yes it will help with your agility and speed. i used to do that in high school for track and football and it led me to 2 state titles in track and a distric championship in football.

yes, you're not mass building come winter, if you mass build you're going to get slower, not quicker...as well as throwing up alot.

...take your whey, and casein before bed, vitamins, minerals, l glutamin, and just leave that as is for the time being. make sure you eat well and stretch as much as possible. personally if your strength training as well, i'd take creatine. i took speed and strength camps all 4 years of high school, as well as 2 seasons of it with college ball...in rehab right now so unfortunatly no speed camp just yet, but they definitely help tremendously.
