yes, you're not mass building come winter, if you mass build you're going to get slower, not quicker...as well as throwing up alot.

casein before bed, vitamins, minerals, l glutamin, and just leave that as is for the time being. make sure you eat well and stretch as much as possible. personally if your strength training as well, i'd take creatine. i took speed and strength camps all 4 years of high school, as well as 2 seasons of it with college ball...in rehab right now so unfortunatly no speed camp just yet, but they definitely help tremendously.
