Ok well right now im 15 years old and am a running back and i have to get bigger that is a must. I work out 3 days a week right now because of my busy schedule but around november i usually start lifting everyday again. I want some kind of creatine that will make me bigger but also i have heard from some people once u stop taking it u get bitch tits from all the water weight. I heard if you take CEE you wont. I also want something that wont mess me up in the long run. If you have any suggestions or are willing to talk with me futher on this topic id really appreciate it.

Creatine monohydrate won't give you bitch tits. it's actually better because it helps force water and protein into your muscle cells. i'd tell you to simply eat more and use whey protein because if you don't drink enough water while taking creatine, especially during football while your running a lot you'll dehydrate easily which is definitely horrible. i'm sure other people will post more in here, and all of us are pretty knowledgeable. i'd say take creatine in the off season and stick to the basics during the season (BCAA's, Whey, Glutamine)

stick to lean meats....chicken and tons of fish. red meat is ok too bud. vegtables and fruits are a must at your age as well as clean carbs such as brown rice, potatoes (not chips). portion your meals and eat multiple times a day between 6-8 times a day.

Right now since im in school i cant really eat a alot but i do eat. Also as everyone everywhere knows they dont serve u the best lunches but i usually get salads or subs with meat and i do eat a lot of vegitables and friut and drink a lot of fluids throughout the day. Should i start making my own meals do u think and eat like a large meal for lunch and have 4 large meals a day or not? Also sometimes i snack on protein bars i usually get around 60 to 70 grams of protein a day

Fat does not "turn" or convert to muscle. This is a HUGE myth that needs pwned! You lose fat and muscle appears.

Check out the stickies in the nutrition section and this:

Sounds good! You are at the perfect age to make huge gains if you eat a consistent diet. I would say that the #1 problem by far for people just starting out; especially in their teens is they do not eat enough. You have to get a good diet, understand why it is good, plan it out, prepare meals ahead of time and stay consistent.

Listen to freak and others about diet, but the best supplement I ever took for sports was "Betagen." Do a seach and check it out, but trust me on this one.

I won two team state championships in wrestling and one in football in my highschool career.

( and the wrestling team since I went to school has made it 4 in a row).

Runningback sorry you are confused. I LOVE helping people with their diet. I sent you the bulking primer to get you started so you can learn and make your own diet at the same time (best of both worlds). I did not make that for him I made it for everyone who wants to bulk. If you have questions fire away!

alright i read it and am trying to go by it today i had a protein bar throughout my day at school the bar had a total of 32 grams of protein and i brooke it into 4 little chuncks and at them every class(55 min long) and drank a 32 oz. of water an hour cause u said to drink a gallon a day. Is that alright to take protein bars and weigh protein for my daily protein or is food better cause i also had jerky which had 12 grams of protein. Other wise at lunch i eat all my fruits vegitables and meats. same with dinner. Also like u said keep track of what i eat and and do the percentages but where can i go to get percentages? or do i jsut do them myself? thats basically all the questions i have for now

creatine monohydrate is good, but creatine ethyl ester is better cos it is absorbed quicker producing less of the by product creatinine in your liver. just remember to cycle your creatine, it's up to you how you cycle it, but i usually do 6 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

as far as i kno, the only difference is the rate of absorption. i'll get some more info on it soon and post it for you. as to the brand, it doesn't matter about the brand, they should all be of the same quality, so feel free to go as cheap as you can find.

after a bit more research(am still not an expert on the subject tho) i found that CEE is just creatine mono with an ester attached, which just increases the rate of absorption like i said before. the advantages of this is less creatinine is produced(creatinine is a toxic by product) there is less bloating, and water retention and most people that have used it prefer it to the mono and found their strength and muscle gains were better than when they used the mono.
