what is this "Deca" in all the Biogenetix and is it safe for me to take?

Yes it's just arginine which is a non-essential amino acid. You can find it much cheaper that is not a fancy brand on bodybuilding.com

deca creatine deca fat burner....i hate to burst a bubble here but deca and creatine are two totally different things, and so are deca and fat burner's. and for that matter deca and nitic oxide

obviously and its really sad that people don't do research before buying a product and get skammed like that. it's not all about the more expensive the product, the better it is.
