Hey guys, I have noticed, on the labels of my creatine, weight gainer and whey protein it always says best mixed with a blender.
I never do this, I just stick it all in a glass with water or milk, mix it up a bit and down it.
Is this good to e doing? There are always loads of lumps of powder in there still and I just swallow them all in one.
I was thinking maybe its better to be blended up so that more protein can be absorbed or somthing?
Any thoughts on this would be very helpful,
